Role Summary

This is a full-time hybrid Web Designer position based in Los Angeles, CA, with some flexibility to work from home part of the time. In this role, you will shape and improve the web experiences that present Tabflows clearly to healthcare clinics and their teams. You will design web pages, landing pages, and interface components, produce visual assets that follow brand standards, and ensure the designs work well across devices and browsers. The position also involves working closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces, and refining designs using user feedback and performance data. You may also take on light front-end work, help maintain the design system, and support ongoing improvements to Tabflows’ web presence.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine website pages, landing pages, and UI elements that communicate the product clearly.
• Create visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and other graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure layouts are responsive and accessible across devices and browsers.
• Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Review and improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance outcomes.
• Support light front-end implementation when needed, using basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system.
• Help improve the overall online experience and visual consistency of the platform.

Requirements

• Strong experience in web design and responsive web design, backed by a portfolio showing modern, user-centered work.
• Solid ability in graphic design and asset creation, including icons and illustrations.
• Foundational front-end development knowledge, especially HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience designing SaaS products or complex workflow-based products, ideally in healthcare or B2B settings, is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Comfort working with or building design systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accessibility and usability best practices.
• Ability to move quickly and improve work based on feedback.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work in a hybrid setup.
• Education or equivalent experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
