Role overview
This position is suited to someone who enjoys practical, active work and can keep a stockroom well organised while also supporting great customer service. The warehouse area is a key part of the store, and the role involves helping ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes and on the shop floor.
Key duties
- Take ownership of the stockroom and help keep it running efficiently.
- Receive incoming products and stack pallets in a safe and organised way.
- Ensure deliveries are handled smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
- Manage goods in both the warehouse and the sales area.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Support and encourage colleagues to follow safe stockroom practices.
- Keep the store looking appealing through good product placement and replenishment.
- Work on the sales floor when needed to help customers have a positive shopping experience.
