Vodafone Field Sales Representative

Role overview

Vodafone is looking for energetic and self-driven people to join the field sales team in Donegal. In this role, you will sell broadband packages to households and represent the Vodafone brand face to face with residential customers.

This is a performance-led position with uncapped commission, so earnings increase with results. You will also receive full product training, continuous support, and opportunities to build a long-term career.

Working pattern and location

The role is based in Donegal, County Donegal, Ireland. Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, from 12:00 to 20:30. Weekends are free.

Pay and rewards

The basic annual salary is between €32,000 and €34,000, with uncapped commission on top. A quarterly bonus is included, which adds up to €4,000 per year. Pay is issued weekly.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to approach residential customers, explain Vodafone broadband options clearly, and close sales in a professional manner. Maintaining a strong customer experience and consistently meeting weekly and monthly targets are central to the job.
