Role overview
This position sits within the Marketing function for QDFC and focuses on shaping engaging in-store and window presentations across all QDF outlets. The objective is to build visual concepts that draw customer attention, support the brand strategy, and contribute to higher sales performance.

- Roll out seasonal updates in line with brand direction, including dressing mannequins, adding new backdrops, and refreshing window and in-store artwork to present new collections and current trends.
- Prepare and share implementation reports with QDF leadership and the relevant brands after each rollout.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly promotional signage for the core and fashion stores across QDF.
- Coordinate with external vendors to produce and install new window backdrops, and support the team with the setup and removal of visual displays in stores and windows.
- Partner with the buying and marketing teams to submit the monthly promotion list and ensure collateral is produced and installed on time.
- Refresh travel allowance signage and marketing materials so passengers receive accurate guidance on allowances and products for their destination.
- Display new merchandise across all QDF locations and support kiosk or store launches to ensure products are presented appropriately.
- Arrange and track all marketing communications and collateral across the airport by working with creative coordinators and external suppliers to maintain strong presentation standards.
- Place orders for eye-level and buy-level acrylic materials for all QDF stores to highlight promotions and support product pricing activity.
- Source visual merchandising props for seasonal and calendar-based events, and store them properly at the distribution centre.
- Carry out regular visits to landside stores to confirm that visual merchandising standards remain consistently high.
- Provide photographs of stores, products, and implementations to QDF management, brands, buyers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Develop visual merchandising packs that explain layout principles, dressing standards, and signage requirements to ensure consistency and awareness across the business.
- Guide, energize, and support the team so displays are completed within tight deadlines, while also setting annual goals and carrying out development reviews.
- Collect feedback from store managers, colleagues, sales assistants, and customers, then recommend improvements based on the visual effect of the displays.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Head of Department that are related to this role.
Qualifications and experience
