Responsibilities

  • Execute overnight back-office Point of Sale (POS) tasks in Dutchie for all products received by the brick-and-mortar team, ensuring accurate updates before store opening.
  • Create detailed new catalog entries, verifying product names, brand categories, pricing, descriptions, and lab test results for accuracy on digital menus and boards.
  • Maintain high accuracy in handling over 25,000 yearly entries, identifying and rectifying discrepancies in menus, pricing, or images to ensure operational integrity.
  • Generate nightly reports on inventory nearing expiration for sales prioritization and compile end-of-shift summaries to provide management with actionable insights.
