Role overview

SP+, part of Metropolis Technologies, uses computer vision and AI to create checkout-free parking experiences that remove the need for tickets, kiosks, apps, or credit cards. What you will do

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers while addressing concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Inspect each vehicle thoroughly before parking it and record any relevant observations.
• Communicate valet pricing clearly to guests.
• Follow traffic rules and maintain safe driving habits at all times.
• Escalate accidents, unsafe conditions, policy breaches, and unusual incidents to the right manager.
• Use local knowledge of streets, landmarks, and highways to help create a smooth customer experience.
• Arrive in a clean uniform, on time, and prepared for every scheduled shift.
• Stay in full uniform throughout the shift.
• Support management with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications and requirements

• Must hold a valid state driver’s license, have a current address, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Comfort driving manual transmission vehicles is an advantage.
• Availability for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation if hired.
• Should be able to share accurate information with customers and colleagues and handle complaints professionally.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic with U.S. currency, along with understanding brief emails, memos, and instructions.
• Should be able to follow verbal and written directions and adapt calmly to delays, changes, and unexpected situations.

Physical requirements

This role involves regular standing, walking, and handling cash and equipment. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds are also part of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be available for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and benefits

The hourly pay range is $17.00 per hour plus tips. This position is eligible for tip earnings in addition to the stated hourly wage.
