Role Overview
This position is for a Tele Sales profile focused on handling company-provided leads, understanding customer insurance requirements, and offering suitable health insurance solutions over the phone.
What You Will Be Doing
- Reach out to prospects using lead lists supplied by the company.
- Assess the insurance needs of potential customers through effective conversations.
- Present appropriate insurance options, respond to queries, and provide guidance during the sales process.
- Maintain clear and professional communication in English.
- Keep track of customer and company-related updates and records as needed.
Candidate Profile
The role calls for someone with strong spoken English and the ability to communicate confidently with customers. Prior experience of around 6 months in telesales or a related sales function is expected.
Compensation
The offered annual CTC is in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 3,50,000.
