Role Overview

The company is hiring several Technical System Analysts for its Singapore team. This position is suited to someone who can bridge business needs and system outcomes while working in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Information Systems, or another closely related discipline is needed.
• You should have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Experience or familiarity with marine operations and chartering processes is preferred.
• Prior involvement in business analysis and gathering requirements, including converting business needs into system specifications, is expected.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications and SaaS-based platforms is required.
• You must be able to evaluate system usage, licensing approaches, and cost structures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills are important.
• You should bring a careful, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to your work.
• Experience supporting BAU activities and incident handling is required.
• Knowledge of marine systems such as IMOS will be considered an added advantage.
