Team Lead, Inbound Operations

Role Overview

Amazon is hiring motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic individuals for a Team Lead role in a fulfillment center warehouse environment in Hyderabad. This position focuses on supporting inbound operations while ensuring customer orders are handled accurately, safely, and on time. The role may involve working across different shifts, performing hands-on warehouse tasks, and stepping into multiple operational responsibilities as needed.

What the Job Involves

The selected candidate will be expected to understand core production processes, maintain strict standards for safety, quality, and output, and help guide associates so that customer expectations are consistently met. The work can include stowing orders on multi-level mezzanine areas, loading and unloading materials, troubleshooting operational issues, and contributing wherever needed inside the fulfillment center.

Basic Requirements

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong spoken and written English communication, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Preferred Experience

Experience of at least 1 year in a customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
