Join Inkpenlabs in Bangalore for a full-time, on-site internship focused on Tamil Growth and Content Operations. This role is ideal for individuals deeply familiar with Tamil language and culture, who understand how to connect with Tamil audiences via social media and viral content. You will work on expanding one of India's leading devotional platforms, blending content creation, marketing, AI technologies, and growth strategies to engage millions of Tamil-speaking users.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on Tamil devotional trends, festivals, creators, and audience behaviors to uncover promising content opportunities.
- Develop captivating advertisement concepts, scripts, and social media content specifically tailored for Tamil-speaking communities.
- Localize and optimize content to resonate culturally and enhance audience engagement.
- Leverage AI tools to generate videos, voiceovers, subtitles, and other creative materials.
- Support content publishing, scheduling, and daily operations related to content management.
- Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to efficiently implement campaigns.
- Discover growth avenues and contribute innovative ideas and experiments for content expansion.
- Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and suggest improvements grounded in data insights.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Tamil.
- In-depth knowledge of Tamil culture, traditions, and the devotional content ecosystem.
- Strong communication and storytelling competencies.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, ElevenLabs, and Canva.
- Active familiarity with social media networks including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Creativity, curiosity, and openness to experimenting with new ideas and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
