This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner employer, and that company will handle applications as well as the next stages of the hiring process. The partner is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner located in Ireland.
This is a high-impact remote recruiting position centered on supporting fast-moving, high-volume hiring across several business areas, including both technical and professional positions. You will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, keeping the end-to-end recruitment process on track while protecting both candidate experience and hiring standards. The role involves taking ownership of live requisitions, shaping sourcing approaches, and maintaining healthy pipelines in an agile SaaS setting. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions, striking the right balance between speed, structure, and quality throughout each hiring cycle. It is well suited to an experienced recruiter who works confidently with limited supervision and enjoys building strong, trust-based relationships. You will also help refine recruitment workflows and make use of modern tools, including AI-supported sourcing and screening methods.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring for assigned roles across both technical and non-technical areas, with a focus on timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Run intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, ideal candidate profiles, and target timelines.
- Find, assess, and engage talent through proactive sourcing methods and AI-assisted recruiting tools.
- Oversee the candidate journey from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, prompt feedback, and a consistent process at every stage.
- Handle interview coordination, including scheduling, panel alignment, and debrief sessions.
- Keep ATS data current and accurate, covering candidate progress, feedback, and disposition details.
- Work with hiring managers and TA leadership to rank requisitions and distribute workload effectively.
- Share regular pipeline status updates and hiring insights with stakeholders to maintain visibility and alignment.
- Spot workflow issues and actively contribute ideas that improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
- At least 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-focused settings.
- Demonstrated success hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar specialized functions.
- Experience handling several requisitions at once in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong sourcing ability, including comfort using modern recruitment platforms, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- A highly independent working style, with strong ownership and the ability to operate with minimal oversight.
- Exposure to ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems is beneficial.
- Comfort with recruiting across multiple functions, not just technical roles, when needed.
- Strong organization, close attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- International recruiting experience is an added advantage.
