Role overview
An established organization in financial services and insurance is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams. The position focuses on finding, engaging, and onboarding strong candidates while protecting a positive applicant experience and staying aligned with employment regulations.
This position is based in Nashville, TN and is structured as remote/hybrid. It supports teams across the continental U.S. with occasional travel. Employees who live within 60 miles of an office are required to work onsite four days each week.
Core responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for large-scale hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing priorities and hiring profiles.
- Create sourcing approaches that help identify and attract the right candidates.
- Develop and sustain diverse candidate pipelines through networking and community relationships.
- Advise hiring managers through the recruitment process while following internal policy and employment law requirements.
- Keep candidate information current and accurate in the Applicant Tracking System, Workday.
- Maintain responsive, personalized communication throughout the hiring journey.
- Take part in hiring events that support military, diversity, and niche talent outreach.
- Help improve recruiting processes and contribute to enterprise talent acquisition initiatives.
- Support compensation discussions within approved salary guidelines.
- Spot recruitment risks and ensure hiring practices remain compliant.
Required background
- Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Active recruiting experience in financial services and insurance.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred experience
- 10 or more years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Recent recruitment experience for insurance-licensed roles within financial services.
- Military background, or experience as a military spouse or domestic partner, is especially valued.

Compensation and benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $63,590 to $121,530.
