Talent Acquisition Partner

Role overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment activity end to end and serve as a dependable advisor to hiring managers across the business. The position blends direct recruiting work with strategic collaboration, supporting leaders as they identify, evaluate, and hire strong talent while also improving the overall hiring journey and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify business priorities, workforce plans, and hiring requirements.
• Run the full recruitment cycle, beginning with intake discussions and continuing through offer discussions and onboarding assistance.
• Create and carry out sourcing approaches that bring in strong candidates across different business functions.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines for immediate and future staffing needs.
• Screen and interview candidates, then provide detailed evaluations and hiring recommendations.
• Guide hiring managers on market trends, talent supply, pay benchmarks, and effective recruiting practices.
• Maintain a smooth, professional, and positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
• Update and manage recruitment work inside the ATS while keeping hiring records accurate.
• Track recruiting metrics and share insights that help improve hiring outcomes and processes.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders on employer branding and talent attraction efforts.
• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring goals when relevant.
• Support ongoing enhancements to recruitment methods, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, or a similar area.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle hiring across multiple roles and teams.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
• Experience working in partnership with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent skills in interviewing and assessing candidates.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and influencing abilities.
• Comfort handling several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
