Role Overview
This remote full-time position is for a Talent Operations Manager responsible for running the full hiring lifecycle and strengthening the systems behind talent acquisition. The selected professional will support recruitment across several business units, coordinate a distributed team, and help improve how efficiently the organization hires talent worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out scalable hiring workflows that make sourcing candidates and onboarding smoother.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to shape recruitment plans around business requirements.
- Review hiring data and performance indicators to spot bottlenecks and drive process improvements that shorten time-to-fill.
- Supervise the implementation and upkeep of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Handle relationships with staffing agencies and outside partners to keep hiring solutions effective and cost-conscious.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems and HR analytics platforms.
- Ability to use data to guide recruitment decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
- Solid project management capabilities with the skill to juggle priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of compliance expectations in global hiring environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
Additional Information
This is a remote position based in Singapore and can be performed from anywhere. It is a full-time role with an annual payout range of $70K to $110K.
