About the Role
Julius Baer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment function across the organisation in Singapore. This role is central to ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient hiring process, while helping the team attract and hire a diverse, high-performing workforce. You will work closely with candidates, hiring managers, HR consultants, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and internal systems to support the firm’s talent strategy and employer brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the administrative steps of the hiring process from start to finish, including posting roles, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, and organising assessment activities.
- Keep applicant data accurate and current in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) while following internal rules and local employment regulations.
- Draft offer letters and employment contracts, assist with onboarding arrangements, and coordinate with HR Services to support a smooth handover for new joiners.
- Support recruitment-related events such as career fairs and campus engagement initiatives to enhance the company’s employer presence.
- Prepare recurring reports and dashboards using recruitment data to track measures such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity indicators, and other hiring metrics.
- Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists in Zurich and hiring managers to prioritise vacancies and manage recruitment workload effectively.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree or comparable hands-on experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR coordination or recruitment support, ideally in financial services or a multinational environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes, confidentiality practices, and the basics of Singapore and Hong Kong employment law.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including basic formulas and data formatting; experience with Workday is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to manage several priorities within tight deadlines.
- A proactive, service-focused approach when supporting internal teams and external candidates.
- Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-moving, regulated setting and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
