The company focuses on industrializing offensive cyber operations for the United States and its allies, backed by investors including Accel, Caffeinated Capital, Friends & Family Capital, Point72 Ventures, General Catalyst, and In-Q-Tel.
The organization’s mission is to strengthen deterrence in cyberspace and protect allied digital infrastructure from sustained cyber threats.
Role overview
Twenty is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the operational engine behind hiring. This role centers on interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS accuracy, reporting, and other day-to-day talent operations that keep recruiting moving efficiently.
You will be responsible for high-speed, high-precision scheduling, maintaining clean recruiting data, and improving process consistency through AI-supported workflows and lightweight automation. When scheduling volume is lighter, you’ll also help with applicant review and basic sourcing for priority roles.
What you will do
- Manage interview scheduling from start to finish, including complex coordination and fast rescheduling when priorities shift.
- Handle day-of interview execution by sending confirmations, sharing prep materials, coordinating reminders, and supporting live logistics.
- Organize onsite interview loops and virtual panels, including candidate travel and onsite arrangements where needed.
- Act as the main contact for candidates regarding scheduling and process-related updates.
- Keep ATS records accurate by maintaining stages, interview kits, notes, structured scorecards, and feedback routing.
- Oversee debrief workflows so feedback is returned on time and hiring decisions do not get delayed.
- Prepare recruiting reports, maintain dashboards and views, and share weekly funnel and SLA updates.
- Review and correct data quality issues such as incorrect stages, source tags, missing feedback, aging items, and duplicate records.
- Create simple automation and process improvements using templates, macros, rules, AI-assisted triage, and validation checks.
- Maintain reusable recruiting resources such as email templates, scheduling guides, interview instructions, and checklists.
- Support applicant review, inbox triage, and light outbound sourcing when scheduling volume is lower.
What makes you a strong fit
- You have built your approach to talent operations like a repeatable system, with clear handoffs and quality controls.
- You communicate with candidates quickly, clearly, and with a strong service mindset.
- You are meticulous about details such as time zones, calendar links, interview panels, and candidate materials.
- You stay steady under pressure and adapt quickly when priorities change.
- You care deeply about data hygiene, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
- You use AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- You handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
- You are flexible enough to switch between coordination, applicant review, and light sourcing as needed.
Required experience
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition operations.
- Hands-on experience coordinating complex interviews with multiple stakeholders and changing schedules.
- Strong written communication skills for candidate messaging and process updates.
- Background supporting engineering hiring.
- Proven use of AI tools and automation to improve speed, quality, or throughput.
- History of highly accurate execution with very few scheduling or logistics mistakes.
- Experience keeping ATS data clean and running structured feedback and debrief processes.
- Ability to produce basic recruiting reports using ATS tools and/or spreadsheet tracking.
- Comfort working on-site in Arlington, VA.
Preferred experience
- Advanced experience with Ashby, including reporting, templates, scheduling, and data quality workflows.
- Exposure to light sourcing work such as list building, outreach, and follow-ups for priority roles.
- Interest in moving into broader recruiting operations or recruiter support responsibilities.
- Experience setting up repeatable QA routines for recruiting data, including audits, deduplication, and tagging standards.
Tools and environment
- Ashby for ATS, scheduling, reporting, and templates.
- Structured scorecards, interview kits, and debrief workflows.
- Calendar and collaboration platforms such as Google Calendar, Slack, and document tools.
- Sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Juicebox, and simple tracking sheets.
- AI tools for drafting, summarizing, triage, and workflow automation, used according to company guidelines.
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision plan options, along with life/AD&D and disability coverage options.
- Paid parental leave for eligible full-time employees: 12 weeks for birthing parents, 4 weeks for non-birthing parents, and 6 weeks for adoptive, foster, or intended parents through surrogacy.
- Paid holidays and flexible PTO.
- 401(k) plan with pre-tax and Roth options, plus HSA/FSA and dependent care FSA options.
- Commuter benefits, on-site garage parking, bike storage, a building fitness center, and a desk setup stipend.
Additional information
Some roles may require the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance. If that applies, the requirement will be specified in the role details.
Benefits can vary depending on location, role, and eligibility. Full plan details are shared during the interview and offer stages.
