Role Summary
This full-time Supply Chain Analyst position is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows part of the week to be worked from home. In this role, you will gather, verify, and interpret data to support demand planning, inventory improvement, and overall supply chain performance. You will track important metrics, build reports and dashboards, surface patterns and risks, and highlight opportunities to improve operations.
The role partners closely with teams across operations, finance, procurement, and logistics to help with forecasting, capacity planning, and service-level objectives. You will also contribute to process improvements, assist with system integrations or tool enhancements, and keep supply chain documentation, assumptions, and workflows accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
- Solid analytical ability with hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and structured problem-solving.
- Exposure to or understanding of demand planning and forecasting to help align supply and capacity needs.
- Working knowledge of supply chain activities such as procurement, logistics, and distribution.
- Familiarity with inventory management concepts including safety stock, reorder points, and optimization methods.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to present findings effectively while working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and analytical tools such as Excel, BI platforms, or SQL; familiarity with ERP or supply chain software is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment and the ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
