About the role

Circle K is hiring a full-time Supervisor for its Beaufort Service Station in Kill West, Kill, County Kildare. This position is suited to someone who enjoys a busy retail setting and can help keep the store running smoothly while supporting a strong customer experience.

Working pattern

• This role is based on a 37.5-hour weekly contract spread across 5 days.
• Flexibility is required, with availability to work across the week.
• The position is permanent and includes guaranteed weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of shift activity and support day-to-day team leadership.
• Assist customers and deliver a consistently high level of service.
• Maintain standards through store merchandising and presentation.
• Prepare food items and K coffee for customers.
• Keep the store clean and well maintained throughout the day.
• Identify and pass on sales opportunities for the fuel card team.
• Work safely, use initiative, and help ensure the store operates to company values.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of retail experience is required.
• You should have strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• A customer-first mindset is essential.
• You need to be comfortable working with, and guiding, a varied team.
• You should take accountability for your own performance and team outcomes.
• Self-motivation and a desire to keep developing are important.
