Key Duties

• Oversee and steer the store’s day-to-day activities.
• Assess how daily operations are running and identify improvements.
• Organize and schedule routine operational tasks.
• Lead team members and allocate work assignments.
• Review market data and industry patterns to understand customer demand, likely sales levels, and how competitors may affect sales performance.
• Decide which goods and services will be offered for sale.
• Identify, source, and purchase merchandise intended for resale.
• Handle operational problems such as customer inquiries, complaints, and supply gaps.
• Oversee office personnel and volunteers.
