About the role
Chargrill Charlie’s is an iconic Australian chicken brand that has been delighting customers since 1989. Built on a distinctive team culture and a genuine love of food, the business has grown beyond its famous chicken and chips to include sauces, chicken salt, and branded merchandise. The company is now seeking a Store Manager for its Marrickville location.
Role overview
In this position, you will guide the restaurant team to deliver excellent service and consistently high product standards. You will also make sure the right people are hired and trained so the store keeps up its strong reputation. A key part of the job is overseeing overall restaurant performance and profitability while keeping control of sales, food costs, labour, and other operating expenses.
