ജോലി വിവരണം
Role Overview
A global company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join its payments-focused team. The group operates internationally, with many colleagues based in Berlin and Amsterdam, so the role involves regular collaboration across locations and functions.
Although this is a product leadership position, success in the role will depend heavily on clear communication, thoughtful decision-making, and the ability to explain the business impact of product choices.
What You Will Do
- Lead product work within a payments and data environment.
- Collaborate closely with teams across different regions and departments.
- Present recommendations clearly and explain the reasoning behind product decisions.
- Consider how product choices affect both the product area and the wider business.
- Work with commercial, go-to-market, and revenue operations partners where relevant.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership experience, a background in fintech or payments, and the ability to work confidently with data and analytics. Commercial awareness is important, as is prior experience partnering with RevOps or GTM teams. A B2B and/or e-commerce background would be especially valuable.
Additional Information
- This role is based in Berlin with a hybrid working setup.
- The interview process has three stages.
- English at C1 level or above is required, with confidence working with teams in the United States.
- German at B1 level or above is required.
- French language skills would be an advantage.
- Compensation is set at €90,000 to €120,000 per year.
