Role overview
Hilton is looking for a Spa Receptionist who speaks Arabic and can help keep the spa and fitness area running smoothly while creating a welcoming guest experience. In this role, you will handle front-desk coordination, guest communication, retail support, scheduling, and day-to-day operational tasks that support the spa team.
What you will do
- Provide administrative assistance to the spa, fitness, and other managers when required.
- Handle the front desk professionally, answer incoming calls, and organize appointments for treatments, massages, classes, and personal training.
- Welcome all guests and visitors, guide them on spa usage standards, and ensure liability waivers are completed.
- Support the team with opening, closing, and daily setup routines.
- Keep treatment rooms, stations, and shared areas clean, sanitized, neatly arranged, and properly stocked.
- Carry out walkthrough checks at opening time and then every two hours until the end of the day across the fitness center, pool, and spa areas.
- Oversee daily retail area operations, promote products to guests and members, and process sales through the POS system accurately and on time.
- Complete monthly stock counts and help maintain inventory control.
- Ensure the POS system is correctly set up, staff are trained, and end-of-shift paperwork is closed and submitted to accounting.
- Keep supplies replenished and assist with ordering when needed.
- Support revenue and profitability goals through careful control of services, products, schedules, and purchasing standards.
- Deliver strong guest service by anticipating needs and offering high-quality spa experiences.
- Protect stock and cash items, and follow clear opening and closing procedures to reduce losses.
- Pass guest questions, concerns, complaints, accidents, maintenance issues, and other incidents to the manager promptly.
- Assist guests, clients, members, and team members in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handle feedback professionally so improvements and compliments are properly escalated.
- Ensure bookings, payments, and consultation cards are managed accurately.
- Follow cash-handling rules and promote departmental offers where appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest-facing front office, spa, wellness, or similar hospitality support work.
- Ability to manage appointments, customer queries, and daily front desk coordination with professionalism.
- Comfort using POS systems, handling payments, and closing shift paperwork accurately.
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling, stock control, and operational follow-up.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests, members, colleagues, and management.
- Willingness to maintain high cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work with accountability, urgency, teamwork, integrity, and a service-first mindset.
- Arabic language ability is required for this position.
