Social Media Manager

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and run social media initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, improve engagement, and expand audience reach across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing brand recognition, interaction, and follower growth.
• Produce, select, and oversee engaging content adapted for each platform, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
• Track platform trends, audience activity, and competitor movements to improve content results.
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to keep messaging consistent with the brand and campaign objectives.
• Organize social media publishing schedules, build campaign plans, and monitor performance indicators to assess impact.
• Interact with followers, handle queries, and support the growth of a positive online community.
• Compile monthly analytics reports and share practical recommendations based on performance data.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
• Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Solid knowledge of social platforms, analytics tools, and current content trends.
• Strong command of written communication, storytelling, and overall communication skills.
• Comfort using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite.
• A creative approach with a sharp eye for detail and visual presentation.
