Role Overview

This part-time, onsite position is for a social media intern who will support content creation, publishing, community engagement, analytics, and marketing coordination for Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pitch engaging social content ideas, including visuals, short videos, and caption copy for Instagram and TikTok.
• Support the day-to-day scheduling and posting of content on the brand’s main social channels.
• Track comments, direct messages, and brand mentions, and reply quickly to help maintain a positive community presence.
• Keep pace with trending topics, viral audio, and platform changes, and contribute new ideas during weekly marketing discussions.
• Review weekly social performance data such as growth, reach, and engagement to identify what content works best.
• Work with the performance team on boosting social posts.
• Assist with influencer outreach, partnership coordination, promotional campaigns, and activation support.
• Handle administrative tasks such as contacting giveaway winners, coordinating fulfilment, and submitting finance invoices.

Requirements

• Availability to commit for at least 6 months.
• Hands-on ability to edit videos using CapCut.
• Basic design skills are advantageous, especially with tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of major social platforms, with a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats and features.
