Social Media Assistant Manager

Role Overview

Mideaseed is seeking a creative, trend-aware, and execution-oriented Social Media Associate / Social Media Manager to support the growth of social media presence for multiple brands.

This position is based in Boring Road, Patna, and requires in-office work.

Compensation

• Social Media Associate: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month
• Social Media Manager: ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month
• The final title and pay will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall performance in the selection process.
• There is an opportunity for a performance-linked increment and role growth after 3 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Handle day-to-day activity across Instagram, Facebook, and other social networks.
• Support the planning and execution of social media strategies and campaigns.
• Work closely with design, content, and production teams to deliver campaigns.
• Track platform updates, new features, trends, and algorithm changes.
• Review content performance and turn data into practical insights.
• Generate creative campaign ideas and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with shoot planning and content coordination when needed.

Required Profile

• 0 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form content formats.
• Strong written communication and content-writing ability.
• Creative, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Comfortable working to deadlines and juggling several projects.
• Exposure to Meta Business Suite and analytics platforms will be an advantage.
• Experience with paid ads will be considered a plus.
