Role Overview

This opening is for an SME in Bengaluru. The position is intended for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an international voice process. Applicants with only domestic voice experience are not eligible.

The role is suited to professionals who can supervise a team, maintain service quality, and support operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a team, including attendance tracking and work monitoring, while staying aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide regular coaching to team members so they can maintain strong monthly performance.
• Spot performance gaps, create improvement plans, and carry out corrective actions where needed.
• Ensure customer service delivery meets contractual KPIs as well as financial targets.
• Set clear expectations for employees and keep them informed with timely updates.
• Run team meetings to share important information quickly and coordinate team-based activities.
• Keep up to date with internal processes, policies, and procedures, and attend mandatory management development training.
• Promote organizational values through consistent behavior and leadership by example.
• Use sound judgment to apply management policies effectively in day-to-day work.
• Work with other team leaders and managers to support overall program performance.
• Contribute to hiring, training, development, and performance appraisal activities in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor team members regularly and prepare and deliver performance reviews.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Graduate qualification in a relevant field, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Background in banking or credit card operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of banking products and financial transactions, including loans, credit cards, and account services.
• Prior exposure to the credit card domain is an added advantage.
• Strong coaching ability and a drive to help team members meet performance targets.
• Comfortable working under pressure and following tasks through to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to mentor team members and provide clear direction.
• Willingness to work in flexible schedules.
