Skilled Helper

Role overview

Napco National is hiring a Skilled Helper for its Makkah Region operations. The role supports production activities by moving materials, assisting machines, handling packing and weighing tasks, keeping the work area organized, and helping maintain quality and safety standards during the shift.

Key duties

• Move mixing material from the mixing unit to the production machines to keep extrusion supplied without interruption.
• Provide ORM, packing materials, machine accessories, and ink buckets whenever they are needed.
• Place WIP rolls onto the machine for printing and cutting processes.
• Remove completed rolls or bags and pack them according to the required packing method.
• Weigh finished products and write the weight on the product label.
• Observe the machine and product while production is running and immediately report any defects to the relevant team member to protect run quality.
• Return remaining materials and machine accessories to their assigned locations within the section to support sorting and set-in-order standards.
• Collect, weigh, and separate waste, then share the waste amount with the Operator so it can be included in the production report.
• Carry out 5S tasks as directed by the Operator and Lead Operator to help maintain 5S compliance.
• Separate products placed on hold based on internal rejection feedback.
• Clean printing machine parts following the approved work instructions so the parts remain clean and ready for the next use.
