About the Role
Centorrino Technologies is growing and looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the Melbourne team. The organization highlights its people-first culture, a strong track record as a workplace, and a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
This position requires NV1 clearance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with customers through both virtual and face-to-face engagement.
- Work closely with technical colleagues and client-facing teams to deliver strong outcomes for customers.
- Prepare, review, and present service delivery reports, making sure SLA commitments and other deliverables are achieved, while recommending improvements where needed.
- Act as a primary escalation contact for customers, helping remove blockers and resolving technical and non-technical issues quickly.
- Apply core ITIL principles to help drive resolution of incidents and tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine commitment to excellent customer service, with empathy and awareness of different viewpoints, including teammates and customers.
- Background in an Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, IT Manager, or similar role.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid technical understanding, or the ability to quickly learn technology products and services.
- Confidence translating technical issues and terminology into clear, plain language for customers.
Additional Requirements
- A valid Vulnerable People Check / Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.
- A Police Check is required.
