Role Summary

This position is for a highly driven Generative AI professional to join the AI and Data Science team in Gurugram. The role focuses on designing, building, and rolling out enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and cloud-native technologies.

The selected candidate will collaborate with business teams, architects, data scientists, and engineers to turn business needs into practical AI products that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement generative AI solutions built on large language models and foundation models.
• Create scalable RAG pipelines using vector stores and enterprise knowledge bases.
• Design AI copilots, intelligent assistants, document understanding systems, and agent-based workflows.
• Use prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model tuning approaches to enhance performance.
• Connect GenAI solutions with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Work with both structured and unstructured datasets to build AI-powered business applications.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable AI products.
• Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices for deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and governance.
• Guide junior team members and support solution design and technical direction.
• Keep pace with new developments in GenAI, multimodal AI, reasoning systems, and autonomous agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 12 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Generative AI roles.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Practical experience with large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral.
• Hands-on knowledge of RAG architectures.
• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks.
• Working knowledge of vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, OpenSearch, or Weaviate.
• Solid understanding of NLP and deep learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices, including deployment pipelines.
• Strong grasp of model evaluation, prompt optimization, and AI governance.
• Preferred: experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
• Preferred: familiarity with fine-tuning, PEFT, LoRA, and optimization methods.
• Preferred: experience creating enterprise-scale AI platforms.
• Preferred: knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD, and microservices.
