Senior Web Publisher

Role overview

In this role, you will help shape and publish high-quality digital experiences on Eaton.com. You will work as part of the web content publishing function, making sure content is handled in line with UX expectations and authoring rules. The role calls for solid knowledge of enterprise content management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), experience with international publishing processes, and strong communication and teamwork across functions.

You will partner with the global Web Operations team to support content creation, localization, and launch activities. Your work will contribute to consistent delivery, scalable processes, and operational strength across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full web publishing cycle for global, localized, and local content, including checks for accuracy and execution of go-live tasks.
• Make sure published content follows UX expectations, AEM authoring rules, and company brand and compliance standards.
• Work with teams across global marketing, IT, and translation to ensure content is delivered correctly and on time.
• Operate in a daily or weekly publishing environment and manage work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Build new web pages and maintain existing ones, including the use of experience fragments.
• Understand product data movement and connect SKU data to the right product pages.
• Coordinate with groups such as MDM, Translation, and IT to align priorities and execution.
• Organize work by deadline and support NPI activity as well as campaign-related publishing needs.
• Use strong analytical thinking to diagnose issues and resolve root causes.
• Work with tools such as Power BI, Workfront, and AEM to monitor publishing health, manage workflows, and report results.
• Back up the team lead when needed and provide support during their absence.

Qualifications

A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.

The role expects at least 3 years of experience in digital content publishing, preferably in a multinational company or shared services setup.

Required skills and experience

• Ability to manage projects, content workflows, task priorities, and collaboration using tools such as Jira, Workfront, or similar platforms.
• Practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a comparable content management system.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement practices such as A3, gemba, VSM, PDCA, and RCA in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of Scrum or agile delivery methods.
• Good understanding of web standards, user experience principles, and SEO fundamentals.
• Strong organizational ability with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience with translation workflows and tools such as GlobalLink and Workfront is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design concepts.
• Confidence in quality assurance and testing activities.
• Ability to explain technical and creative ideas clearly to different audiences.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, matrixed global environment.
• Good presentation skills and the ability to promote new ideas effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence others.
