About the Company
Beast Industries is a diversified media and entertainment business created by Jimmy Donaldson, widely recognized as MrBeast. The company has grown well beyond its YouTube roots and now spans digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and new business ventures. Its purpose is to entertain, motivate, and create meaningful impact while using digital media to drive innovation, creativity, and positive change.
Role Overview
Beast Industries is expanding quickly, and the procurement function must keep pace with a fast-moving production and business environment. In this role, you will help build a scalable procurement engine that supports both high-volume production needs and corporate purchasing. You will sit within Finance and work closely with Studio, Production, Tech, Legal, and senior leadership to create a procurement operation that is agile, disciplined, and built for scale.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working through uncertainty, moves quickly, and can design systems that support growth without slowing teams down. The work will range from urgent on-set purchasing to long-term supplier strategy and process development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement for video and content production, including equipment, props, set materials, talent-related logistics, specialty purchases, and services needed on location.
- Work hand in hand with Production and Studio teams to predict requirements and deliver quickly against demanding deadlines.
- Create and maintain a trusted supplier network that can source unusual, premium, and large-scale items at short notice.
- Manage corporate sourcing across technology, facilities, professional services, and SaaS categories.
- Develop a single procurement model that supports both production and corporate buying needs.
- Build repeatable processes for recurring purchases while preserving flexibility for unique productions.
- Improve procurement systems and P2P tools to increase transparency, control, and efficiency.
- Set supplier performance measures and run regular business reviews with key vendors.
- Find savings opportunities while protecting quality, speed, and production outcomes.
- Prepare executive reporting on procurement performance, cost savings, and risk exposure.
Candidate Profile
You should bring 7 to 12+ years of procurement experience, with practical exposure to both production/operations settings and corporate procurement. Experience in media, entertainment, consumer products, or a high-growth startup environment is strongly preferred.
The right candidate will have deep expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management across multiple categories. You should also understand procurement fundamentals, cost modeling, and total cost of ownership analysis, and have experience creating procurement policies, workflows, and tools in a scaling organization.
This role calls for excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration, especially with creative, production, finance, legal, and executive stakeholders. Strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information are essential.
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPP would be an advantage.
Compensation
The expected total compensation is $138,000 to $184,000, which includes a fixed annual base salary of $120,000 to $160,000, an annual bonus, an employee equity plan grant, and comprehensive benefits.
Benefits and Perks
- Competitive pay package
- Medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, plus dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance
- Company contributions toward Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
- 401(k) plan with Safe Harbor company matching
- Flexible vacation policy and paid company holidays
- Company-issued technology package
