Senior Facilities Manager

About the Role

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm headquartered in Dubai, is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Facilities Manager to guide its facilities function. This position is focused on improving building operations, maintaining high service quality, and strengthening tenant satisfaction.

What You Will Do

You will take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing facilities services so that all operations remain aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing a team of facilities professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep properties running smoothly, safely, and comfortably.

In addition, you will be responsible for budget planning and control, setting up preventive maintenance programs, and building productive client relationships to ensure that facilities initiatives support broader business objectives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required; a master’s degree is an added advantage.
• At least 8 years of overall experience in facilities management, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of facilities management concepts, operational service delivery, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience handling large properties and coordinating maintenance operations.
• Solid financial skills, particularly in preparing and managing budgets.
• Strong people leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Hands-on proficiency with facilities management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good knowledge of health and safety rules, building regulations, and compliance obligations.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to dependable transportation.
