Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Kathmandu for an Architect at Sarga Architects. The position calls for someone who can develop practical yet original spatial concepts, work closely with different teams across design and construction, and make sure all work aligns with applicable industry standards.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of architecture and architectural design principles.
• Comfort and proficiency with architectural software and tools.
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling hotel and commercial projects.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to solve design challenges in innovative ways.
• Exposure to sustainable and environmentally responsible design methods will be considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
