Senior Account Manager

Role Overview

This position is for a Senior Account Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role calls for a seasoned client-facing professional with 4+ years of experience, ideally within an IT consulting environment. You will take ownership of important accounts, strengthen long-term client partnerships, and support the company’s expansion through revenue-generating opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic customers.
• Spot opportunities to expand business through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Serve as the main contact for clients and work to keep satisfaction levels high.
• Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
• Develop account strategies, sales projections, and periodic business review materials.
• Contribute directly to revenue growth and meet assigned performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should bring at least 4 years of experience in an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or comparable customer-facing role. Prior work in IT consulting is important. The ideal candidate should be able to manage and grow major client portfolios, uncover new business potential, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals effectively. Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential, along with a solid grasp of IT services, digital transformation, and technology solutions. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is needed.
