Scrum Master

Role Overview

Adactin is hiring a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery in Sydney, New South Wales. This is an on-site contract role focused on guiding teams through Scrum practices, improving delivery flow, and helping stakeholders achieve project goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead core Agile meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a coach for teams on Agile values, Scrum methods, and ongoing improvement.
• Clear obstacles that slow the team down and help maintain steady delivery progress.
• Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to support successful outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple teams.
• Monitor sprint execution and share updates on team output and delivery measures.
• Encourage a team culture that is collaborative, productive, and high performing.

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile delivery setting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on use of Agile collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Agile certifications like CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master are considered highly desirable.
