About the Opportunity
Qualitest is looking to add a Scrum Master to its expanding team. This role sits within a global quality engineering environment and supports work that helps improve digital commerce and fulfillment operations.
Role Overview
The position is a techno-functional one, responsible for shaping, implementing, maintaining, and fine-tuning complex systems. The person in this role will support current AZ OMS, Kibo, and Orderful capabilities, helping strengthen AZ technologies and processes so that integrations between Orderful, Kibo, and Kibo DropShip run smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Lead Scrum activities while also handling technical and functional assessments for the program.
- Review current systems and identify gaps that need to be addressed across the solution landscape.
- Help design and deliver the engineering components needed to launch the Drop Ship module.
- Build end-to-end business scenarios and collaborate with AZ partners to ensure the Definition of Done is met.
- Support the documentation, enhancement, and optimization of existing platform capabilities.
Experience and Domain Focus
The role requires strong knowledge of ecommerce fulfillment. Experience with order management systems is preferred, especially exposure to OMS, Orderful, and Kibo, including Kibo DropShip, or closely related tools and platforms.
Location
This role is based in Memphis, Tennessee, with a hybrid setup locally. Candidates in other states may work remotely.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
