Role Overview

This position combines the responsibilities of a counsellor and centre coordinator for a preschool setting. The role is based in Lucknow and involves supporting academic counselling for parents, managing a small team, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

The selected person will guide parents through academic counselling, help improve parent conversion, coordinate team activities, and work closely with students. The role also includes recruitment support and involvement in art and craft-related activities.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Good computer knowledge is required, along with fluent English communication skills. The role also calls for the ability to manage a team and support both counselling and centre coordination tasks.

Additional Information

The team size is approximately 20 members. Training will be provided by the employer.
