Role overview

We’re looking for a customer-minded, sales-oriented person who enjoys helping people and takes pride in great service. In this role, you’ll support shoppers in turning their ideas into reality through the right flooring products and advice. Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Store Manager and follow their guidance on day-to-day operations.
  • Look for practical ways to improve the store, the service, and the overall customer journey.
  • Learn the product range and collections so you can give tailored recommendations to each customer.
  • Be trained to measure and price a room so you can help deliver accurate flooring solutions.

Training and development
