Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Acquisition Lead to guide customer and partner acquisition efforts in Jeddah. This position is responsible for shaping acquisition plans, growing order volume, and strengthening relationships with vendors, restaurants, and other strategic partners.
What You Will Do
- Help design and roll out sales acquisition plans that widen the customer base and lift order volume.
- Direct a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets.
- Study market movements, competitor actions, and customer patterns to shape sales decisions.
- Work closely with marketing teams to deliver promotional campaigns that attract and convert customers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with important partners, restaurants, and other external stakeholders.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, overseeing the full sales process from lead generation through final closure.
- Support product launches and coach team members to improve awareness and readiness.
- Review performance at both store and individual level, and act on the findings.
- Identify issues early, resolve them quickly, and recommend practical solutions.
- Track and meet monthly productivity targets per HC.
- Improve Vendor Offering Score/KP per MAU.
- Define the go-to-market approach for the acquisition team.
- Set clear objectives for specialists and ensure they understand priorities.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline onboarding and reduce vendor churn.
- Ensure full adoption and active use of Salesforce.
- Maintain trusted relationships with key vendors.
- Set performance goals, support direct reports, evaluate their work, and provide regular feedback.
- Take part in identifying and hiring key talent for the function.
- Give clear direction, organize priorities, delegate work, and monitor execution.
- Encourage team participation in improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing efforts.
- Work in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and operating processes.
- Contribute ideas and actions that improve processes and strengthen effectiveness.
- Help sustain a high-performance culture and reflect the company’s values in day-to-day work.
What We Are Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing partnerships in a competitive business environment.
- Strong focus on results and on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or a related field is required.
