Room Attendant

Overview

In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for hotel guests. Your work will directly support a positive stay experience by ensuring guest rooms and surrounding areas are kept fresh and well presented.

Key Duties

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors while maintaining a high standard of presentation.
• Restock guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, and other room supplies.
• Alert your supervisor to any misplaced belongings or damaged items discovered during cleaning.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals carefully and in line with safety procedures.
