Retail Merchandiser

Role Overview

This position supports in-store merchandising efforts for retail partners, with the goal of improving the shopping experience and helping products move more effectively. What You’ll Do

You will assist retailers inside the store by setting up displays and end caps, reorganizing shelves through product rotation, and monitoring stock levels. Your work will help stores and suppliers make the most of sales opportunities while keeping merchandise presented in an organized and shopper-friendly way.

Compensation and Growth

This role pays $14.50 per hour. There are also strong internal growth opportunities, with a preference for promoting from within. Additional working hours may be offered based on request, and training plus team support are provided to help new hires succeed even without previous experience.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers and store management. You should be able to handle physical tasks such as bending, standing, and moving items, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation to the work location is required. Strong customer service, interpersonal, self-motivation, teamwork, and a safety-focused mindset are also important.
