The organization is focused on strengthening infrastructure and built assets, helping clients improve productivity and performance by bringing together experienced, regionally informed teams.
Role Summary
The Site Manager will be based at a large Dexterra workforce accommodations facility and will take full ownership of site operations, operational direction, and overall business success. This is a safety-sensitive role. Employment is subject to drug, alcohol, and fit-to-work screening.

- Create staffing plans and schedules that match operational demand and client forecasts
- Protect profitability by managing operations within approved budgets
- Provide clear leadership and delegation so all departments run smoothly
- Serve as the main contact for the client and be accountable for operational results
Qualifications
The position is intended for a senior operations leader who can take ownership and consistently deliver excellent service.
- At least 5 years of progressive management experience in hospitality or accommodations, preferably in large hotels, resorts, workforce accommodations, or similar environments
- Experience in senior operational leadership roles with responsibility for more than one service stream
- Post-secondary training or education in business, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis
- Advanced comfort using Microsoft Office and hospitality or facilities management software
- A strong sense of accountability, empathy, customer focus, and responsiveness to client and guest needs
