Region Manager

Role Overview

FiveStar is seeking a Region Manager to oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of stores within an assigned region. This position partners closely with District Managers to provide direction, coaching, and accountability so the region meets financial goals and runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend around half of the working time in assigned stores, offering direct, practical support on the ground.
• Partner with District Managers to guide, coach, and develop them in their roles.
• Assess store operations and implement improvements related to cleanliness, merchandising, staffing levels, and overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage profit and loss reports for the stores in the region.
• Work with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure regional marketing initiatives are carried out effectively.
• Make sure company rules, operational procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations are followed.
• Analyze store performance metrics with the Director of Operations and District Managers, including sales, cash handling, employee turnover, mystery shop results, site review outcomes, and food service quality assurance scores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or comparable work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, with multi-unit management experience required.
• Working knowledge of Human Resources and Accounting fundamentals and practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage people, and communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
• Professional presentation and a consistently positive attitude.
• Collaborative mindset, honesty, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
