About the role
GetWeb'd GmbH is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager in Soest to help identify and win over candidates for demanding roles on behalf of clients. The position suits someone who is driven, ready to take ownership, and excited to join a young, fast-moving team.
The setup combines office presence with flexibility: the role is based in Soest and follows a hybrid model with 2 fixed office days and 3 flexible days each week. The start date is flexible.
Compensation includes a fixed annual salary of €36,000 plus uncapped commission.
What you'll do
- Search for suitable candidates through active sourcing on LinkedIn, XING, and other platforms.
- Approach potential candidates directly in a targeted and persuasive way.
- Pre-screen and assess talent before handing profiles over to clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Pass along well-matched candidates to client companies.

- Experience in recruiting or active sourcing is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convince others.
- Persistence and a solution-focused mindset.
- Goal-oriented working style and a sense of ownership.
- Useful extras include direct candidate outreach experience and Boolean search knowledge.
