Role Summary

The Recruiter will source, assess, and hire high-quality management talent for Compass’s CCL Hospitality brand within Senior Living Communities.   • Experience from a staffing agency or executive search environment is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, EEOC guidance, and employment regulations is needed.
  • Strong phone etiquette and candidate communication skills are expected.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation is required for both candidates and internal teams.
  • Solid computer skills are needed, including internet research, Microsoft Office, email, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based recruiting platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this remote position is $100,000 to $115,000. Additional compensation may include merit increases.
