Role Summary

The Recruiter will source, assess, and hire high-quality management talent for Compass’s CCL Hospitality brand within Senior Living Communities. The role uses market awareness to identify hiring trends, share sourcing ideas, and recommend effective candidate evaluation methods. It also requires building trusted relationships with internal clients, internal candidates, and external applicants while supporting staffing needs for current openings and future business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operate with self-direction, drive, and urgency in a busy recruiting setting.
Screen, interview, qualify, and submit candidates to hiring managers while following OFCCP compliance standards.
Collaborate with recruiting colleagues and business partners to meet hiring objectives.
Communicate with candidates and clients in a polished, upbeat, persuasive, and goal-oriented manner.
Create effective job postings that accurately reflect role expectations and attract the right applicants.
Use clear, professional verbal and written communication in all interactions.
Develop and sustain productive working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent experience may be accepted.
At least 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience is required.
Experience with high-volume hiring is preferred.
Strong talent sourcing ability across multiple channels is important.
Background in recruiting food service professionals is preferred.
Experience from a staffing agency or executive search environment is an advantage.
Working knowledge of HR practices, EEOC guidance, and employment regulations is needed.
Strong phone etiquette and candidate communication skills are expected.
Demonstrated customer service orientation is required for both candidates and internal teams.
Solid computer skills are needed, including internet research, Microsoft Office, email, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based recruiting platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this remote position is $100,000 to $115,000. Additional compensation may include merit increases.
