Role overview
Locate is hiring a Transaction Manager to support national clients. In this role, you will work within a small, self-directed team that manages resources, carries transactions through to completion, leads site acquisition efforts, handles renewals, and oversees dispositions for corporate customers.
What you will do
- Build strong client partnerships and maintain the relationship over time.
- Oversee real estate transaction work from start to finish, including tracking, reporting, and delivery.
- Guide and supervise field brokers to ensure the right outcomes and completion of deliverables.
- Keep both client-facing and internal deadlines on track and met promptly.
- Use client systems, software, and Locate’s proprietary tools effectively throughout the transaction process.
- Work closely with client leadership and management teams to align on execution.
- Make sure all transactional activity follows client policies and meets quality expectations.
- Create and present written and verbal updates, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Measure occupancy cost savings and communicate the value delivered to clients.
- Prepare detailed tracking documents, financial reports, and financial analysis materials.
- Adapt to different corporate structures and client cultures with ease.
- Bring strong leadership and relationship-building abilities to the role.
- Quickly learn new technologies and incorporate AI-supported workflows into day-to-day work.
Experience and fit
This position calls for a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, transaction management, lease administration, or a comparable area. A valid real estate license is required, along with hands-on experience negotiating real estate deal terms. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a startup-style environment, adopts new technology readily, and is willing to operate with an AI-first mindset.
Compensation
The role offers a salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
