Overview
This role is for an experienced Python Engineer who can contribute to AI model training and improvement. You will join a large and expanding coding community of more than 100,000 specialists across front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related engineering areas, all focused on practical AI development.
The work combines flexibility with technical challenge. You will collaborate with advanced AI systems on tasks such as designing and solving programming problems, creating polished applications with strong functionality, and turning data into meaningful analysis and visualizations. Your output helps improve intelligent systems so they can learn, adapt, and perform better over time. Some contributors use this as a side project alongside another full-time job, while others treat it as their main work and choose projects and schedules based on their own availability.
How the work process begins
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the selection step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid projects will be unlocked on the platform.
Contract highlights

Responsibilities
- Create and solve a range of coding tasks used to train AI systems, with a particular focus on Android-related development.
- Produce well-structured code examples and explain solutions clearly.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI model performance.
Qualifications
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Kotlin, plus ability in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
- Good writing ability and solid grammar.
- Bachelor’s degree, either completed or currently being pursued.
- Background as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is an advantage.
Payment and contract terms
Compensation is processed through PayPal, and the platform will not request any payment from you. Any currency conversion from USD will be handled by PayPal. This opportunity is limited to candidates based in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Applicants outside these locations will not have access to work or assessments on the platform at this time. The position is offered on an independent contractor basis.
