- Collaborate with internal teams, senior leaders, and external partners to support successful outcomes.
- Manage third-party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle, including follow-up improvements after go-live where needed.
- Spot delivery risks early and put practical mitigation actions in place.
- Help introduce new systems, technologies, and operational changes effectively.
- Track project progress and keep key stakeholders informed with clear updates.
- Ensure project outputs deliver measurable benefits and are properly adopted by operational teams.
Requirements
- A recognised qualification in project management.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering projects end to end with full ownership of delivery.

- Background in technology projects, systems implementation, or digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and communicate well at all levels.
- Experience working with external suppliers and third-party vendors.
- Clear evidence of delivering work to agreed schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving capability.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Planner, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Preferably, exposure to multi-site businesses.
- It is an advantage to have led operational improvement or service transformation projects.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary of up to €50,000, depending on experience.
