Role overview

This position is for a Project Manager who can lead software delivery initiatives from kickoff through completion, making sure results are delivered on time and at a high standard. The role suits candidates from junior to senior level, provided they have solid English communication skills and experience in managing technical projects.

Key responsibilities

Own software project delivery from initial planning through final handover, keeping timelines and quality on track.
Partner with clients to clarify needs, define the scope, and align the project with business goals.
Create and maintain plans for schedules, budgets, and staffing needs.
Work with developers, testers, designers, and other functions to keep execution running smoothly.
Spot delivery risks early and take action to reduce impact or resolve issues.
Maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers.
Track progress regularly and prepare status reports and updates for management and clients.
Continuously improve the way projects are managed, using better methods and processes to raise efficiency and output.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role.
Strong working knowledge of project management approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and related methods.
Confident English negotiation skills.
Understanding of IT systems, SDLC, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and similar technologies.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills for engaging with clients, leadership, and team members.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability for handling project issues and risks.
Experience managing project budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Ability to organize priorities, manage time well, and meet deadlines consistently.
Skill in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining positive working relationships.
