CSCEC Middle East is looking for a Project Manager to take charge of a major high-speed railway project in Abu Dhabi.

Direct the delivery of high-speed rail bridge and underground station construction packages.
Control project scope, timeline, budget, manpower, and risk.
Work closely with civil, structural, geotechnical, MEP, rail systems, and subcontractor teams.
Supervise the construction of bridges, viaducts, underground stations using top-down methods, and cut-and-cover structures.
Make sure all work follows the project specification, design intent, safety rules, and applicable local regulations.
Assess and sign off on construction methods, shop drawings, technical submissions, and work plans.
Track progress and introduce corrective measures to keep milestones on target.
Coordinate interfaces among civil works, rail systems, utilities, and other stakeholders.
Run project meetings and compile reports on progress, cost, risks, and overall performance.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors to support smooth project execution.
Drive compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards across all site activities.
Handle claims, variations, contractual letters, and change-control processes.
Assist with testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 20 years of experience in large infrastructure projects.
Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in high-speed rail, metro, railway, or underground infrastructure work.
Background in managing bridge, viaduct, tunnel, and underground station construction.
Experience working under Design & Build and FIDIC contract frameworks.
Solid understanding of construction methods for bridges, tunnels, and underground structures.

This role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates and is a full-time onsite position.
